At Sri Paripoorna Sanathana Charitable Trust, all donations are made voluntarily to support our charitable, spiritual, and social service activities. These contributions help us provide welfare services, care for the needy, medical assistance, and community development programs.

Donation Refunds
As a general policy, donations once made are non-refundable. Donors are requested to carefully verify the donation amount and details before completing the transaction.

Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:

• Duplicate donation made due to a technical error
• Incorrect amount entered by the donor
• Payment processed multiple times for the same transaction

In such cases, the donor must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date with the following details:

• Donor Name
• Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number
• Date of Donation
• Amount Donated
• Reason for Refund Request

After verification, if the request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
